The practice
Gerhard Architect is a small studio making quiet, enduring architecture — shaped by landscape, light and honest materials.
Every project begins with the site: its slope, its wind, the path of the sun across a day. From there we work slowly, drawing by hand and building in models, until the building feels inevitable.
We take on a limited number of commissions each year so that each one receives the attention it deserves — from first sketch to the final handover of keys.
